Refund, Cancellation & Appointment Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients, we’ve outlined our refund, cancellation and appointment policies below.
Client Responsibility & Consent
All clients are required to complete a consent form prior to their first appointment. Any changes to your personal details or medical history must be disclosed to our team before each appointment.
It is the client’s responsibility to fully disclose all relevant medical information. Harmony Body Contouring cannot be held liable for any medical conditions or circumstances that are unknown or not disclosed at the time of treatment.
If your personal or medical circumstances change after a purchase and you are unable to proceed with a prepaid service, the service may be exchanged for an alternative treatment where suitable, or a store credit may be issued. Refunds are not provided for changes in medical or personal circumstances.
Refunds & Change of Mind
Harmony Body Contouring does not offer refunds for products or services due to a change of mind. This does not exclude your rights under consumer law where a major problem exists with a product or service.
Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows
A 50% deposit of the total treatment value is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This excludes:
Promotions & special offers
Free consultations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited
For prepaid treatments, the session will be forfeited if 48 hours’ notice is not provided
Arrival Times
To ensure you receive your full treatment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals may result in:
A shortened treatment time
Being charged for the full appointment regardless of reduced treatment time
If we are unable to perform your treatment due to late arrival, the full treatment fee will still apply. For prepaid sessions, the treatment will be forfeited
Medical Advice
If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, we strongly recommend consulting your GP prior to purchasing any services. Refunds are not provided if a second medical opinion is sought after purchase. If prepaid treatments can no longer be used due to medical reasons, the value will be converted to a store credit, which may be used toward other suitable services or retail products.
Treatment Results
Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as lifestyle, medical history, genetics, and treatment compliance. While we provide professional recommendations on the estimated number of sessions required, additional treatments or maintenance sessions may be needed to achieve individual goals. By purchasing treatments, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and may vary.
Results may take up to 12 weeks to become visible.
Adverse Reactions
In rare cases, an adverse reaction may occur. If this happens, you must notify the clinic as soon as possible and provide all requested information, including photographs if required, so we can properly assess and assist you.
Failure to provide requested information may limit our ability to support you.
If an adverse reaction results in discontinuation of a prepaid treatment type, the remaining value will be converted to store credit, which can be used for other services or retail products.
Promotions & Special Offers
The following conditions apply to all promotions at Harmony Body Contouring:
Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer
Promotional treatments must be paid in full during the promotion period
Promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable
Packages cannot be shared between clients or used at another clinic
Packages cannot be altered once purchased
Promotional pricing applies only to new bookings made and paid for during the promotion period
Promotions are subject to availability and may end at any time without notice
Harmony Body Contouring reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable
Treatment Packages
All packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unused treatments after 12 months will be forfeited without refund.
While we aim to accommodate therapist preferences, this cannot be guaranteed and refunds will not be provided if a specific therapist is unavailable.
Equipment & Operational Issues
While we strive to deliver the highest level of service, rare circumstances such as equipment malfunction or supply delays may occur. In these cases, appointments may need to be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled at short notice.
We address all technical issues promptly and thoroughly test equipment before resuming treatments. While refunds are not offered for technical or consumable delays, this does not limit your rights under consumer law where a remedy must be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
