EM Max RF

EM Max RF is a powerful technology that delivers up to 20,000 supramaximal muscle contractions in just 30 minutes—far more than any workout. In fact, it is equivalent to doing 20,000 crunches or squats without breaking a sweat. It builds new muscle fibres (muscle hypertrophy + hyperplasia), burns fat through RF heating and fat cell apoptosis, and tightens skin—all at the same time.

Sessions are typically 30 minutes long. The recommended number of sessions is 4 sessions, to be done twice a week over two consecutive weeks.
