How Liftera Works
Liftera is an advanced High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) treatment designed to lift and tighten the skin by stimulating deep collagen production.
Unlike many traditional HIFU devices, Liftera uses Thermal Diffusion Technology (TDT) to distribute focused ultrasound energy evenly beneath the skin.
This allows precise treatment of both delicate facial areas and deeper structural layers — including the SMAS layer, the same layer surgeons target during a surgical facelift.
The result is gradual lifting, firmer skin, and improved facial definition.
Many clients notice visible lifting after one treatment, though 1–3 sessions may be recommended depending on individual skin concerns. When multiple sessions are performed, treatments are typically spaced 6–10 weeks apart to support collagen stimulation and optimal results.
Results continue to improve gradually as collagen production increases.
What Makes Liftera Different
Precision Pen Technology
Liftera uses a precision pen applicator rather than large treatment heads, allowing practitioners to treat delicate areas such as the brow, crow’s feet and nasolabial folds with greater accuracy.
Thermal Diffusion Technology (TDT)
Liftera’s Thermal Diffusion Technology distributes ultrasound energy evenly beneath the skin, helping deliver effective lifting while improving overall treatment comfort.
Multiple Depth Targeting
Specialised cartridges allow Liftera to target multiple skin depths, treating both superficial layers and deeper structural tissue responsible for skin support.
SMAS Layer Stimulation
Liftera can reach the SMAS layer — the same structural layer surgeons lift during a surgical facelift — helping stimulate collagen production and improve skin firmness.
